Corporate Real Estate Experience

Ms. Reingold has more than 45 years of experience in the real estate industry. Since 2014, Ms. Reingold has been running her own sole proprietor consulting business, with a proven leadership track record. Her consulting business focuses on dispute resolution, expert witness services, recruiting, career development, business consulting and team building.

As a real estate consultant, her recent engagements include the development and implementation of an entry level broker program at Colliers International in New York City. This program included the recruiting of new professionals, the establishment of a two-year training syllabus, and management of the program. Through education and hands-on guidance, it is believed retention percentages will increase as will the bottom line. After 12 months, the program’s success led to Ms. Reingold’s engagement by Colliers to assist with the establishment of the program in its Washington, DC office. She also provides business and legal consulting to another brokerage firm, resulting in better and streamlined processes for that firm. Most recently, she designed and implemented a broker training program for Avison Young New York.

Before her work as a consultant, Ms. Reingold was Chief Operating Officer of the New York Tri-State Region for real estate brokerage firm Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Reingold was responsible for the management of more than 350 C&W brokerage professionals based in the firm’s nine tri-state offices, as well as brokerage training and recruiting, and business development. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Reingold was Senior Managing Director, New York Tri-State Region and U.S. Brokerage, with CBRE (formerly Insignia). She began her real estate career at The Mendik Company, now part of Vornado, where she was Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing.

For many years Ms. Reingold served as Executive Vice President, Director of Leasing and Public Relations for The Related Companies. She oversaw the leasing of such major properties as 625 Madison Avenue, The Centre at Purchase, and 1700 East Putnam in Greenwich.

Breaking the Glass Ceiling

Prior to her entry into the business side of the real estate industry, Ms. Reingold was a partner in the real estate practice group at the New York law firm Schulte Roth & Zabel where her practice was focused on office leasing. Her stellar work led to her promotion to being the first female partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel.

Ms. Reingold has been instrumental in developing programs that provide professional and mentoring opportunities for women. As the executive sponsor at C&W, she organized a women’s business development group and directed efforts for women across service lines to learn, volunteer, and network.
